A Prayer
for the
Tired Woman
A Letter
for the
Tired Woman

A quiet companion for the heart
that has been carrying too much.

If you have whispered "I can't keep doing this" into a pillow lately —
if you've smiled when you wanted to cry, again —
if you've forgotten what you sound like when you're not exhausted —

this is for you.

Free. Instant. No spam — only soft things.

A small truth, before anything else

Some days, you don't need advice.
You need to be witnessed.

You're not behind. You're not failing. You're not "just stressed."

You are a woman who has been carrying — quietly, faithfully, without enough rest — for too long. And somewhere along the way, you stopped feeling like yourself.

This is a 10-page printable prayerletter, written for the woman who has nothing left to perform.

You can read it tonight, before bed, in five quiet minutes. You can come back to it on the days that feel too heavy. It is not a workbook. It is not a checklist.

It is a soft place to breathe.

Inside the printable

Ten pages,
made slowly.

— one —

A real, honest prayer A real, honest letter

Written for the woman who has nothing pretty to say to God right now. No performance. Just words for the way you actually feel. Written for the woman who has nothing pretty to say to anyone right now. No performance. Just words for the way you actually feel.

— two —

A blessing for tonight A quiet word for tonight

For the night you don't know how to ask for one. Soft, slow, and meant to be read again on the hard days.

— three —

Three small practices

Tiny things to keep nearby on tired days. None of them require energy you don't have.

— four —

A page that is yours

One prompt, one quiet space. No pressure to fill it. No wrong way to use it. Just somewhere to put what's been heavy.

— five —

A reminder you are not alone

A closing word for the woman who needs to hear it tonight — written by someone who has been there.

— six —

Yours, forever

Made for someone like you

This is for you
if

  • You are a caregiver, a mother, a daughter watching a parent slowly leave, a wife to someone who is no longer himself, or a woman holding too much.
  • You're tired in a way that sleep doesn't fix.
  • You believe in God but feel a little distant from Him lately — and you don't want to be told to "pray more."
  • You're tired of being told to "practice self-care" — what you actually need is somewhere to land.
  • You want something soft, real, and short. Not another wellness guide. Not another checklist. Just a quiet companion for the harder nights.
  • You've forgotten what you sound like when you're not exhausted. You'd like to remember.
A small note from me

I made this for the woman I used to be.

For thirteen years, I cared for someone I loved through Parkinson's. I learned the kind of tired that lives in the bones. I learned that some prayers are too quiet for words. I learned that the strongest women I know are also the most exhausted ones.

I wrote this prayerletter on one of the harder nights — when I had nothing left to perform, and nowhere to put it. It's the one I needed back then. It's the one I keep close even now.

If it reaches you on a hard night, I'm glad. That's exactly who I wrote it for.
